You must return to your own country for a minimum of one year — you cannot apply from within the US, and you cannot change status to anything at all from a B1 visa. You must be a minister or person duly ordained or authorized to administer sacraments or a person dedicated for life (priest, nun, monk, missionary, etc) to a church/religious organzation which is duly registered with the US government as a tax-exempt religious organization. Your church/religious organization must prove you have been a “minister” (or whatever they call it, or in dedicated full-time religious service) for at least two years and prove their remuneration of you for the duration of your temporary religious visa. There are a gazillion additional requirements your religious organization must fulfill. This is a temporary, non-immigrant visa and may not exceed 5 years.
