What skin type is best for mineral powder skin types?

Any skin type can wear mineral foundation, but its more for people with oily or combination skin, because it’ll keep oily skin or oily areas matte, and shine-free. When you have oily/combo skin, you always want to get oil-free foundation, and if you use a matte(no shimmer) or semi-matte mineral foundation it’ll make you look less oilier, if you want a nice luminous glow, go with a semi-matte formula, it will give you a subtle glow w/o looking overly oily/shiny. People w/ very oily skin probably would go w/ a matte formula, because they’ll get more shiner through out the day, so they would probably have to use a primer before foundation application. People with very dry skin, would probably won’t wear mineral because it’ll show their dry patches, so people w/ dry skin would opt for liquid or a moisturizing liquid foundation. Normal to slightly dry skin people could wear mineral foundation.
