The first place to check when you have a question is this file. If your question is not to be found in here, there are several options available: The UPL has a home page for the World Wide Web. From a computer with network access and a web browser (such as Lynx, Mosaic, Netscape), use the browser to connect to the CS Department home page (http://www.cs.wisc.edu/) and follow the link to the UPL (http://www.upl.cs.wisc.edu/).
