What sports does DB or his training system specialize in?
Since I train the nervous system, opposed to muscular, energetical, or hormonal systems, any sport is a breeze to train with my principles and a bit of creativity and application wisdom. Control the control center is my philosophy, then let performance come to you as it should. For instance, if you train strength then you may get stronger, but we all know the stronger man isn’t the better athlete. But, if you train the functions of the nervous system to raise sporting function then you will develop strength, speed and power in the proper proportions- opposed to, say, sacrificing speed for strength from a strength-prejudiced coach’s program.
