What steps are required for the K’ómoks to ratify the treaty?
K’ómoks must: • Call an assembly of K’ómoks members to consider the treaty and whether to refer the treaty to a referendum. • Have an assembly where a simple majority vote will refer the treaty to a referendum • Conduct a referendum on the treaty, as described below. • Vote in the referendum where at least 50 per cent plus one vote of all eligible voters vote to accept the treaty.
