What stops people from lying on their profile, or becoming a ‘professional interviewer?
On the side of your profile, you’ll see a ‘Stats’ module and a ‘Feedback’ module. Every time you interview, your stats will be adjusted accordingly, and you’ll receive feedback from the party that interviewed you. Other potential employers viewing your profile can see your stats and feedback and get a sense for your level of seriousness as a candidate.
