i dont think so stretch marks are tears in the dermis, which is basically a layer of skin so unless its possible to separate the layers of skin and stitch it back together, it would be the only way to fix it, which i think is physically impossible the other way is nip and tuck but that will leave scars which means your trading in little scars for bigger scars, which makes no sense
