What target zones can I aim at? Can I kick rats in the groin or shoot mutants in the eyes again?

Confirmed target zones are: head, body, left & right arm, left & right leg, hands/weapon for humanoids. Creatures, such as Giant Ants will have slightly different (named) target zones – e.g. antenna. Hitting a creature in a given target zones will have varying effects. It has been mentioned that hitting the antenna of Giant Ants will result in them “running amok” and attacking anything nearby and hitting humanoids in the arms will severely impact their ability to aim properly. Groin and eye shots will not be making a return. Note: Targeting also only works with ranged weapons in VATS. Neither Melee, Unarmed or Grenades support targeted shots.
