What tectonics plates movement is Luzon earthquake?
The Philippines are an incredibly complex area, geologically. It’s made up of dozens of micro-plates that are being compressed in awkward ways between the Eurasian plate and the Pacific plate. The Pacific plate is pushing the Philippine plate toward Eurasia, and everything between Eurasia and the Philippine plate is almost just a shatter of crust. The left-lateral Philippine Fault Zone (meaning that the east side of Luzon is moving south, the west side moving north) splits Luzon in two, and is presumably where your earthquake came from. However, with the mass of subduction zones around the islands, and without knowing which earthquake you’re referring to… I can’t me 100% sure. But most likely this is your answer. This whole mess is properly referred to as the Philippine Mobile Belt.
