What the heck dow RTFM stand for?
Often times new users will pose a question that can be answered if they spent a little bit of time reading the manual. In fact, the ANSYS manuals are actually very good once you understand how they are organized. Many experienced users gained most of their knowledge by reading the manual. So, when they see a question that is pretty obviously in the manual, they say: “Read the F&^%*$# Manual!” Many lists and forums ban RTFM as a response, this list does not.
