What tickets are eligible for an exchange or refund?

0

TravelTens and FerryTens: Unused TravelTens can be refunded or exchanged for their equivalent MyZone ticket. If some trips on your TravelTen have not been used you can request single MyZone tickets in exchange for your remaining journeys. Rail FlexiPasses/TravelPasses longer than 28 days: Can be used until they expire, or a refund or exchange provided on the remaining value of the ticket. Unused TravelPasses: Can be refunded or exchanged for a MyZone ticket of equivalent value. Prepaid single ride bus tickets: Can be refunded or exchanged for a MyZone ticket of equivalent value. Please note: Partially used tickets of less than 28 days (such as monthly TravelPasses or RailPasses up to 28 days) will not be refunded or exchanged as they expired before by 30 June. Refunds/exchanges will be made on the purchase value of the ticket (minus any portion that has been used). An old-style ticket can be exchanged for a MyZone ticket of equivalent value, and a refund given if there is a difference
