The City of Galesburg has several regulations regarding the operation of Liquor Establishments within the City Limits of Galesburg The Ordinance which governs these is listed as follows: Sec. 3-86.Hours OPERATIONAL RULES (A)Generally. No alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail or consumed on any licensed premises between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any Monday through Friday; no alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail or consumed on any licensed premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any Saturday; no alcoholic liquor shall be sold at retail or consumed on any licensed premises between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon on any Sunday; provided, however that alcoholic liquor may be sold at retail or consumed on any licensees premises until the hour of 3:00 a.m. on January first.
