What time/s of the day, and on which days, will the congestion charge operate?

This is undecided at present and will be subject to the feedback from the public consultation. However, a number of options are being considered, including charging throughout the working day, charging between 7.00am and 12.00 noon, charging during the morning and evening rush hours, or charging during the morning rush hour only. Any congestion charge would only be levied on weekdays – not Saturday or Sunday.
