What to do when feeling lightheaded and woozy?

The first thing is to sit or lay down to prevent falls. If the symptoms don’t go away within a half hour you should call 911 (don’t attempt to drive yourself to the ER), if you have any history of cardiovascular disease, or risk factors like high cholesterol, smoking & birth control you should call 911 immediately. Lightheaded is sort of a subjective feeling and needs more details. The vitals that you listed seem within normal limits but without more info about your medical history, medications, etc… When a person states that they feel lightheaded the first concern would be blood flow to the brain & oxygenation. Your vitals seem to indicate that blood should be getting to the brain, barring a stroke (if it is a stroke you need to be in the ER within 3 hours of the onset). Trauma would be a possibility that would need to be ruled out. And another concern would be blood sugar especially if there is a history of diabetes. Good luck & feel better.
