If an event has been rescheduled or cancelled, the promoter must refund the price for your ticket(s), but not the service charges. If an event has been rescheduled or cancelled, Merchandisingdirect.com will do its best to inform you by email as soon as possible. So it is very important that you enter your correct email address when buying tickets. Tickets for rescheduled events remain valid; they can be used for the rescheduled date. Merchandisingdirect.com does not accept requests for reimbursement four weeks after announcement of cancellation of an event.
