Presently, no specific training is legally required in order for someone to refer to themselves as a “coach.” Those who are serious about their work as a professional coach have many educational programs from which to receive training. Cornelia is a graduate of Coach University (Coach U), the pioneer coach training institution. Cornelia has more than 300 hours of coach specific training and has logged nearly 1,000 coaching hours.
