The cartoons were seven minutes long, and were packaged four at a time and shown as a half-hour program in syndication. I saw Fritz the Cat when it was rated X. Seems the rating was given solely because Fritz had a penis, but, nevermind. I saw that film upon its debut in Huntsville, Alabama.
