What type of chemical is especially affected by pH? HELP?

“What type of chemical is especially affected by pH?” I’m not sure, I’ am guess the question is referring to the ions involved in pH. Neither am I sure of the changes the chemical substance being addressed undergoes when in different environments with varying pH levels. It is a hard question to answer, because of lack of information. I don’t know of a particular single organic chemical molecule that changes in anyway, shape or form due to pH level flux.
