What type of computer support is available?
Computing Services and Systems Development’s Technology Help Desk is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer your technology-related questions. Just call 412-624-HELP [4357] for assistance. If you need additional support, the Help Desk will refer you to one of CSSD’s on-site student support groups. ResCons (Residential Consultants) support students living on campus and the OSCAR (Off-campus Student Computer Assistance and Resources) service helps students living off campus.
