What type of disciplinary action is available to the Discipline Hearing Panel (DHP)?

0

If the DRC refers a matter for a disciplinary hearing, the matter will be heard by the Discipline Hearing Panel (DHP). The DHP is comprised of three members of the ARDMS Board of Directors who do not have any prior involvement with the matter under review. After conducting a formal hearing into the matter, the DHP may issue sanctions affecting the Respondents future eligibility for examination and/or Active certification status. For a full listing of sanctions that may be imposed by the DHP, please review the Sanctions section of the ARDMS Discipline Standards Manual located on page 2.
