What type of exposure do fellows have to DMC senior leadership?
The DMC leadership team serves as the mentors for our fellows. Mentor is an active role, with the mentor (at the hospital and corporate level) serving as the key resource person to the fellow. In addition, as the fellow attends and participates in DMC senior management standing and ad hoc meetings throughout the fellowship, they have ongoing dialogue with the various leaderships and build relationships that will become part of the professional network they will build throughout their career. The DMC leadership team is one of the most seasoned and varied in the country, so a fellow could not have a better opportunity!
