What type of household engine would be best for making a home-made motorized bike?

Briggs and Stratton vertical 4 or 5 horsepower.This is a four stroke engine and therefore you don't have the smoke, noise or seize problem you would with a two stroke engine.There are a ton of aftermarket parts for them too.  more
