Each new Principal and Director are assigned a mentor through the Department of Leadership Development. The mentorship may last through the first two years of employment. Additionally, New Principal Candidates will obtain mentorship through the Preparing New Principals Program. Informal mentoring relationships are extremely valuable and should be sought on an individual basis.
