We use cold water, 3500 psi machines which is in accordance with EPA guidelines considered to have same effect as rainwater. We DO NOT and will not use any chemicals unless we do research on them and they are in accordance with State and Local Guidelines. To this day, we have not used chemicals or hot water methods.
