What type of printing process is used for the hardcover books?

0

All of our hardcover books are printed using a true-ink 4-color digital offset press with excellent color reproduction capabilities. The printing is of very high quality, comparable to a “coffee-table” style book you might purchase at the book store. Color reproduction is a 4-color halftone screening process, where four colors (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) are overlayed on each other to get approximately 16.7 million different apparent colors. Our hardcover books are printed at 800 x 800 dpi resolution with with an effective line screen of 150-180 lines per inch.
