What type of safety and security measures exist in the building?
There is a call box (with a touch-pad for residents) at the front entrance for guests and deliveries which is hard-wired to the phone jacks in each unit. Additionally all exterior doors are locked as are interior hallway doors. These doors may only be opened with an appropriate apartment key. THere is a state of the art fire monitoring and warning system which is inspected and tested annually. Fire extinguishers are located throughout the building and are inspected and charged as needed. For egress, there are two stairways servicing each floor. Each apartment has a deadbolt at the entry door.
