Documents related to repository construction and operations activities, such as plans, programs and procedures for repository construction; fabrication, installation and construction of items important to safety; waste receipt, handling, emplacement and, if necessary, retrieval; operation, inspection and testing of safety systems and monitoring instrumentation; and operation of systems during site closure and surface facility D&D, generally must be included in the LSN.
