What types of hunting is there and are there any good facts about hunting?
There are so many ways to hunt that it can be staggering. You can hunt anything from moose to squirrel (Rocky & Bullwinkle), all the way up to elephant. You can shoot doves, turkeys, geese, ducks, pheasant, quail, woodcock, grouse and chukkar. You can hunt from the Arctic to Australia, so there are so many options you couldn’t begin to do justice in an answer here. As for facts, there are good and bad. Hunters wiped out species, and almost wiped out even Bison, but almost all money for wildlife protection and management comes from hunter fees. Hunters are on the forefront of environmental reforms and are a huge economic force. Hunting isn’t the only aspect. Simple shooting sports like skeet, and bench shooting is huge.
