What types of issues are considered repairs?
a. Noise or static on line b. Loss of features that worked previously c. No dial tone d. Can’t hear the other party e. The other party can’t hear you f. The words are scrambled on your display g. No information will displayed on your phone * If the display information disappears from your digital phone, unplug the phone for one minute and then replug it. If the display does not refresh and reappear, log a repair request at www.remedy.gatech.edu/telephone. ** If the display information disappears from your analog phone, check your battery and make sure the adapter is plugged in to the wall and your phone. h. Voicemail light does not come on; or, voicemail light comes hours or days after a message has been left. i. Some part of your phone is broken…handset or set is cracked, etc.
