What types of meals are served in the dining room?
There is a buffet lunch served daily. It features two carved roasts, an extensive array of hot and cold items plus desserts. Dinner is a three or four course fixed price menu, which offers a choice of appetizers, salads and entrees, plus desserts. The menu changes daily. As well, there is an extensive a la carte menu with items priced individually. Our Chef’s Signature Menu is featured daily, and as part of our superior conference package.
