APSCA members are either end-users [buyers] of smart card related technologies and services, in both the public and the private sector, or they are providers [sellers] of smart card related technologies and services. This can be seen by reviewing the list of APSCA Members, as well as the list of members of all the organisations in APSCA and our parent organisation, Smartex. APSCA is part of Smartex which is the world’s largest professional body for smart card related technologies and services, with almost 500 end-user and supplier members around the world.
