Web-based training is quickly becoming the most popular choice. We pre-configure all systems to meet your requirements. We deliver the system and teach you how to operate all aspects of the system. IBS Client Services staff work with you to quickly bring delinquencies to your target levels. We can tailor an implementation plan to meet all unique requirements your organization may present. User support is offered based on a set annual fee per the number of concurrent licenses purchased and installed. It allows phone, FAX, Web or Email contact to our Client Services department to resolve functional and operational challenges with our systems during regular business hours Eastern Time.
