The use of non-certified cables can cause an unacceptable impairment of the video and data quality for the user. The abovementioned Raritan-certified cable products are available everywhere, free of charge. When using Raritan-certified cables, video signals can be transferred over distances of up to 300 m with an update frequency/resolution of 1024 x 768 at 75 Hz and over distances of up to 180 m with an update frequency/resolution of 1600 x 1200 at 75 Hz.
