You can use Flash CS3 Professional, Flash Professional 8, Flash MX Professional 2004, or Flash MX to publish content for Pocket PC devices. Designers and developers can also publish to earlier versions of the SWF file. Flash Professional 8 also provides features for targeting the Pocket PC platform including pre-built design templates that correspond with our Authoring Guidelines to the appropriate Pocket PC screen resolution.
