We provide support for customers who have purchased WinDVD from InterVideo. At this time, we support version 4 and higher. The rapid pace of change in the PC industry forces us to no longer support the 1.x, 2.x, and 3.x versions. We recommend that you consider upgrading to a newer version to address any compatibility issues.
