The site said that law enforcement officials arrested Lange after he got into a minor car accident at 1:30 p.m. yesterday. Lange, 41, who lives in Hoboken, replaced Jackie Martling on The Howard Stern Show. On the Stern show, he has been open about his effort to kick a heroin habit.
