BRAC 1991, 1993 and 1995: realigned Fort Monmouth by moving and consolidating missions on to main post. BRAC 1988: Final recommendations were that elements of the Information Systems Command located at Fort Monmouth should relocate to Fort Devens, Mass. BRAC 1991: relocated the U.S. Army Research Laboratory’s Electronics Technology and Devices Laboratory from Fort Monmouth to Adelphi, MD; did not excess any real or personal property. BRAC 1993: • In their initial recommendations, the Department of Defense had proposed moving CECOM Headquarters to Rock Island Arsenal, Ill. The 1993 BRAC Commission, however, approved an alternative plan.
