What was the motivating factor behind starting such a club?
Our main motivating factor for starting the club was for us all – the members – to retire by the age of 45. Nairobist: As a club how do you come up with the decisions to invest or not too? Does any one person have more say over the rest? Fred: It’s always important to have an open group where people can openly express their views on all issues. The purpose of an investment group is to tap into a wide range of ideas, discuss them and make the best possible decision since each individual’s views are unique in their own way.
