Lee Harvey Oswald was the man arrested for shooting Officer Tippet, and was then charged with shooting President John F. Kennedy. Jack Ruby shot Oswald before he was brought to trial. There are a number of questions, which haven’t been answered about the assassination. Why is there no recording or even a transcript of Oswald’s interrogation? That is unbelievable. Why would anyone choose an antique Italian rifle to assassinate the president? How did Oswald carry it under his arm into the book depository, when it was too long even broken down to do that? If memory serves it was a Mauser that was found in the book depository, and the Mannlicher Carcano was taken after the assassination from Ruth Paine’s, where Marina Oswald was staying.
