What was the purpose of the first round of forums? How will the results impact the drawing of the lines?
The purpose of the first round of forums was to empower community members to develop a set of community values and direct how those values should be applied in the redistricting work. These values-based principles have been given to the Board and experts who are developing the initial redistricting plan.
