What was the reason for World War 2?
Hirohito had already been on a similar campaign in Asia, where the Japanese had enslaved many of their neighbors. During the early stages of WW2, the Japanese were heard saying that the Allied Forces would not be able to endure the type of war that Japan would bring because we were not as “racially pure” as the Japanese. It was his form of racism and is still seen among many of the older Japanese businessmen.
