Authorities are searching for a borough man who they allege has served as the leader of a major New Jersey drug distribution ring. The man’s residence at Winding Wood Apartments, Bordentown Avenue, was searched last week and was the subject of a burglary the following day. On April 23, Union County authorities executed a search warrant at the residence in Building 123 in relation to the investigation of 27-year-old Luqman Abdullah’s alleged drug distribution ring. Abdullah remains at large. The next day at 8:42 a.m., Sayreville police were dispatched to the apartment after an Elizabeth police detective found that an unknown suspect had kicked in the apartment’s door.
