What weapons/artillery did Belgium have during WW1?

The same answer I gave you two or three hours ago. Flamethrowers, hand grenades, and chemical weapons were developed during the war. As they became available to Belgium’s allies, they were supplied to the Belgium troops fighting alongside them. The fortress’ of Liège, Namur and Antwerp were built before the war and defended long enough to delay the German thrust through Belgium. The Germans were trying to get around the French left flank. The British expeditionary force was deployed during the delay. The Germans had to move up heavy siege artillery (Big Bertha was a long range gun used to shell Paris latter in the war, not a siege weapon used to reduce the Belgium fortress’ in 1914). to blast the Belgium’s out of their defensive works. Honest…would I lie to you???
