Where an Awarding Organisation wishes to submit a qualification as a “standalone”, it will need to make a case to JACQA setting out how the qualification satisfies the Section 96 criteria. JACQA will develop a standard template with which Awarding Organisations will be asked to submit evidence pertaining to their qualification. It will also explore alternative ways of gathering this evidence which eliminate the need for additional paperwork.
