There will be no impact at this time. End-users will continue to request help desk services as they have all along. There are not any changes to the help desk numbers or other impacts from the end-user perspective currently. Eventually the centralized help desk will be operated from the Southwest Enterprise Solutions Center in Russell County. The center is under construction and is scheduled for completion in late 2007.
