To continue health care coverage through a University sponsored benefit plan, you must have submitted a completed form to the Office of Human Resources by the close of business on Friday, November 15, 2002. If you did not submit a completed form, you will not be covered under the Universitys new plan. You may not be eligible to enroll for health care benefits until the next open enrollment period (Fall 2003) for benefits to begin January 1, 2004. If you did not submit your benefits forms to the Office of Human Resources by November 15, 2002, please contact HR immediately at 202-319-5050.
