It's super harsh on your lungs and you wouldn't be able to take it. Coffee beans aren't meant to be smoked, or you'd have every known society that drinks coffee smoking the grinds. If you could take it, you'd probably feel polluted from all the harsh smoke and cough a lot. I heard Willie Nelson smoked coffee grinds when he was short on weed or something.
