What will happen to Catskill Regional’s Board of Directors, management and staff?
After the merger, Catskill Regional’s Board of Directors will no longer exist. However, three former members of the Catskill Regional Board have joined the Eastern board. As for management and staff, all of the current Catskill staff will continue to serve you at the Ferndale / Liberty office. Candice Dayton, the former president of Catskill, is now the president of Eastern. Catskill management will integrate with the current Eastern management, and their skills and knowledge will help ensure a smooth transition.
