What will happen with those posts that remain unfilled following the LSC’s internal matching process?
A. The LSC are currently matching staff with the aim of making the maximum number of matches and ensuring as few unfilled posts as possible. Where LA posts remain unfilled after this process then the LAs will be responsible for filling those posts. LAs will be expected to fund the cost of recruitment.
