What will the new organizational chart look like? Are SCCs over principals and under CASs?
SCCs have no operational authority. They are a statutorily required and empowered group of elected school community members required to develop academic and budgetary plans which direct the use of funds allocated under WSF. As such, SCCs are neither over principals nor under CASs or principals but serve as an important part of the CAS supervised and principal run school operation.
